The most notable feature of the
Angora Rabbit is its incredibly long and soft
fur. For this reason it is commonly used as a
show rabbit. It is also bred for solely for its
fur which is used as wool. Different Angora rabbits
have different textures of fur. Some have a consistency
similar to cotton which can be very hard to maintain.
Others are more silky in texture which is the
desirable type when showing these rabbits in competitions.
Angora rabbits are commonly used in shows around
the world.
